The A25A first appeared in the 2017 Camry. Wikipedia lists the A25A-FKS in the RAV4 from 2018, and the hybrid A25A-FXS in the RAV4 Hybrid from 2018, the RAV4 plug-in hybrid from 2020 and the Highlander Hybrid from 2019.¹
